About Dublin // DFF 2013 Is Near

Last year I made it my mission to attend and report on Dublin Fashion Festival. And this year I plan on doing it bigger and better. As are DFF having made Laura Whitmore the face of DFF2013!

I am super excited for Miss Whitmore to front this year. Laura shot to fame as a MTV presenter in 2008, and over the years has become quite the style icon. She will be hosting the Creative Quarter Fashion Show on the first night of DFF. Sure enough she will be dressed to impress and host.

Laura is one my favourite style icons at the moment. And sticks to the rule tits or legs never both!

Dublin Fashion Festival

This year, September is monumental for me. I'll be starting college, I'll actually get to enjoy Arthurs Day on the 27th and for the first time in the three years since it began I will be attending Dublin Fashion Festival.
I'm incredibly excited for the 6th-9th of September, for those who havent heard of DFF it spans over three days giving host to some fabulous fashion events all across Dublin City. It'll take place in dozens upon dozens of shops, bars, restaurants and hotels.

DFF is a one stop event for all fully fledged fashionistas and those in training. This year in particular the DFF team are extending the festivities into the night, with fashion shows in many of Dublin's bars from 6pm-8pm Thursday 6th to Saturday 8th.

                                      " Expect dramatic entrances, chic style and funky beats!"

Thursday night: The Church, The Grand Social and No 37 Dawson Street.Friday night: Lost Society, Mercantile and the Bar with no Name.Saturday night: Harry’s on the Green, Café en Seine and Mint Bar.

Here's a quick look at some of the catwalk shows lined, for a full list of events from the 6th-9th visit;
