Fitness // Progression - August - September '13 and Presently
From august onwards I was at my most toned and I could really start to feel and see the difference in my body. I felt stronger, and I was. Which was evident in simple things like lifting the glasses tray out of the dishwasher at work, it was no longer a strain on my arms to lift it. I still hadn't progressed onto free weights however in the gym. Deadlifts, weighted squats and basic curls etc I only started doing I think in October/November. I can't actually properly remember... Bad suss. I should remember these things!
Currently
Due to a hectic college schedule and some personal issues before christmas, and now a recent fall that left me with an injured tailbone I havent been able to work out as much as I'd like. Last night I went to the gym for the first time since I fell, and did a very light workout that didn't involve much pressure on my lower back. I will get back to it. But itll take some time, there's still so much to improve on.
